Privacy, in plain language.
Browsing and applying do not require analytics consent.
Your application notes stay with you.
Saved roles, application notes, stages, personal target dates and preparation drafts are stored in your browser. We do not send their contents to an analytics service or another site. Downloads you choose to make are files you control.
Your résumé stays in your browser.
When you choose a PDF, DOCX or TXT file on Find, this site reads it in your browser to suggest fields and roles. The file and extracted text are not uploaded or saved. The suggestions disappear when you clear them or leave the page. The reader does not perform OCR or determine hiring eligibility.
Optional usage analytics
When you allow analytics, Google Analytics can measure public page visits and actions such as search submissions, role views, saves, application choices and resource clicks. We send fixed action names, public page paths and counts. We exclude typed search terms, URL queries and fragments, résumé files and text, financial inputs and private notes. Saved, comparison and application preparation pages are excluded. Opening preparation from a public role page can count as a fixed action, without your answers.
Analytics uses cookies to recognize visits after you opt in. Advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled. We do not install session recording. You can stop future analytics collection with Essential only in your privacy settings.
Employer posting links
Opening an original posting takes you to the employer or its posting provider. That site controls its own data practices. Opening the link does not submit an application, and we cannot tell whether you applied.
